Lili Powell began her academic career with a Ph.D. in rhetoric and performance studies from Northwestern University, but for over a decade she has creatively blended this training with applications from yoga and mindfulness to help executives develop their leadership presence. For over 20 years, she has taught leadership and communication courses at the Darden School of Business at the University of Virginia, where she co-founded the “Leading Mindfully” executive education course with Jeremy Hunter. Recently, Mindful magazine published her article, “Can We Talk?”
