Pam awakens latent potential by helping clients become more aware of how to capitalize on strengths and shine a light on habitual patterns of behavior that keep them from realizing their true potential.

Pam’s background and education
With a psychology background, Pam began her career in training and development and went on to design and lead a national training program in the UK and represented England on a Training Commission for Europe. Pam has also managed a successful photography and publishing company, knowing first hand what it is like to navigate a constantly changing business environment, manage teams, heavy workloads and continue to enjoy a full personal life.
Her passion for coaching surfaced after she reached a crossroads in her own work life. An amazing coach helped her develop and execute a new vision. It was a life-changing experience that led her to train and become a certified coach herself. Pam is a passionate believer in lifelong learning and has a special interest in the field of Neuroleadership: applying the latest brain science to leadership excellence.
